After working for 7 years with the Haven Spa in Boquete i have now decided to make a change and am working in David at the L'Erboristeria store in Plaza Oteima directly opposite the new David Hotel(Ciudad de David). L'Erboristeria is a beautiful little air conditioned store that sells  high quality chemical free skin care products imported from italy.

 

 

 

Mark Perren-Jones studied in Australia for 7 years and has been a massage therapist, acupuncturist and muscle and joint pain specialist for the past 20 years. He has worked throughout the world and for the past 7 years has been the principal massage therapist in the Haven Spa.

Mark has an Advanced Dip.of Applied science in Acupuncture and a Dip. of Applied Science in Remedial therapies and is trained in relaxation massage, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stones, Traditional Thai massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage, Kiniesiology and much more.

He specializes in treating people who are suffering from Lower back pain, Sciatica, Upper Back, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pain.

Mark writes a blog on helping neck pain and has also produced his own self help DVD and Ebook called Treat Your Own Neck Pain.
