February 2nd.   and  3rd.    2012 Choose from:

-Corvina Rellena en una deliciosa Salsa cremosa de camarones
Fish Filet in a delicious creamy shrimp sauce.

-Corvina Cuzqueña a la plancha bañada en una salasa cremosa con espinaca,
albahaca y vino blanco.
Fish Filet bathed in a creamy white wine sauce (with a touch of spinach and basil).

-Arroz con Champiñones y Vegetales. (Zanahoria, Brocoli, Maiz, Chayote)
 Comida Vegetariana  - Vegeterian Meal
- Rice with mushrooms Carrots, Broccoli, Corn and Chayote.

                  MONDAY FEB 6   TO   FRIDAY FEB 10

-Corvina Chorrillana. Pescado al vapor, bañado en una deliciosa salsa con tomates frescos,
cebolla, vino blanco y pimientos.
Fish Filet (steamed) with a delicious white wine, fresh tomatoes, onions and peppers sauce.

-Mero en su  sazón. a la plancha en salsa de aceite de oliva, ajos, camarones, pimiento
morron y vino blanco.
-Fish Filet (grilled) in a shrimp sauce (olive oil, garlic, red pepper).

-Causa Vegetariana. Pure de papas relleno de vegetales frescos en una salsa especial del chef
acompañado de champiñones al ajillo.
-Vegeterian Meal. Mashed potatoes filled with vegetables in a special chef sauce with
mushrooms saute in garlic.

                    MONDAY  FEB 13  TO  FRIDAY FEB. 17
Pollo Salteado. Cortes de pollo en salsa soya. Tomates frescos y cebollas.
Chicken. Chicken saute in soy sauce with fresh tomatoes and onions.

-Corvina al Termidor. Filete de pescado en una exquisita salsa bechamel con un ligero toque
de mostaza, vino blanco y champiñones.
-Fish Filet in an exquisite bechamel sauce with a tauch of mustard, white wine and mushrooms.

-Sopa de Vegetales. Sopa a base de cilantro con un toque de arroz y vegetales frescos.
- Vegetable soup. Coriander base soup rice and vegetables.
                             
                    MONDAY FEB. 19   TO   FRIDAY FEB.  23          
-Picante de Corvina. Filete de Pescado a la placha en una deliciosa y cremosa salsa a base de
picantes y camarones.
-Grilled Fish Filet in a delicious shrimp creamy sauce (spicy).

-Parihuela Imperial. Deliciosa sopa de mariscos con vino blanco y toque special del chef.
-Imperial Soup. Delicious seafood soup with the special touch.

-Espagueti con Vegetales. Pasta salteada con finos vegetales, tomates frescos, aceite de oliva y ajos.
-Saute Pasta with fine vegetables, fresh tomatoes, olive oil and garlic.

                    MONDAY  FEB.  27  TO WED.  FEB.  29

-Camarones al ajillo. Deliciosos camarones al ajo con vino blanco y un toque special de la casa.
Shrimps in a delicious garlic and white wine sauce.

-Pollo al Vino Tinto. Filete de pollo a la plancha, bañado en una deliciosa salsa a base de vino tinto
y champiñones.
-Chicken in red vine. Chicken filet in a delicious red wine and mushroom sauce.

-Antojo Vegetal. Papas a la Huancaina acompañadas de frescos vegetales salteados en vino blanco y
aceite de Oliva en tiernos cortes de cebolla.
-Vegetable Meal. Potatoes with saute fresh vegetables in olive oil, white wine and sliced onions.
