local musical group creates a "Demo CD"

The Chiri-Keys, one of Boquete's bands, has recorded several songs and created a "Demo CD" to help market their musical skills. If you would like to hear their demo CD, you can do so from an on-line repository. There is no charge involved in using that on-line repository and you do not have to have an account or logon to that system. Simply use your web browser to go to http://soundcloud.com/boquete-recording-studio/sets/chiri-keys-demo-cd and you will see the tracks for the seven songs in their Demo CD. Just click on the orange and white arrow in the upper left area of the set and enjoy their music. You can even download it if you want your own copy.

The musicians of the Chiri-Keys group are (in alphabetical order of last name):

• Sharon "Squirt" James: vocals

• Jeanie Miller: vocals

• Gary Whiting: bass guitar and vocals

I am sure many of you know some or all of these talented people. Let them know how much you enjoy their music. And if you have need for music at a future event, why not consider contacting them.

By way of this message, I am also letting you know that there is an audio recording studio located in Boquete. Granted that it is not outfitted with all of the exotic equipment of a Hollywood recording studio, but it performs very well for the basic functions of a recording studio.
