My name is Christopher Beratta. I am a Gringo Restauranteur in Bocas who wholesales fish direct from the fishermen. The Name of my restaurant is "The Good Life". I offered fish at the Tuesday Market 2 years ago but had to return to the states for several months to help my family. I have been encouraged to offer fresh fish at the Tuesday Market again.
Today's Fresh Catch is Red Snapper and Corvina. The fish is being filleted as I type this notice at 5pm on Monday Feb 13.
On Tuesday Feb. 14th at 8:30am to 10:30am
You will be able to PURCHASE FISH at the BCP Market.
Corvina $5.95 a pound (this compares favorably with $6.75/lb at Pricemart)
Red Snapper $5.25 per pound (Also a great price)
Advanced orders are encouraged as I expect to sell out at these prices. Please email your orders to csberatta@hotmail. Any orders not picked up by 10:15am will be sold.
