Help Needed - Newborn Puppies

Carole Newsome found a box of 6 newborn puppies today.  They are so young that their eyes are not yet open.  There appears to be no mom around.  Carole says that they are now huddled together to keep each other warm and safe but she cannot care for all of them by herself.

 

Perhaps if a single person cannot take the whole or part of the litter, a group of friends could rotate in and out and relieve each other. Could someone possibly take 3 of the pups?  That way they would have each other but lighten the load for a single person.
