CURVAS BONITA GYM
One of my instructors has returned to Canada, so we will be having fewer classes. But, we have added a new, fun class. The new class is DANCE SCULPT. It's part dance, part weights, part mat/floor work, and a lot of fun.
NEW SCHEDULE:
YOGA: TUES 8 A.M.
FRI 8:30
ZUMBA: TUES 9::15 A.M.
SAT 9:00
DANCE SCULPT: THURS 9 A.M.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
DAYRA WILL BE AVAILABLE MON THRU FRI. CALL IN ADVANCE FOR AN APPOINTMENT. SHE DOES RELAXATION, DEEP TISSUE AND LEG MASSAGES.
GYM: 13 HYDRAULIC WEIGHT MACHINES, BICYCLES, ELLIPTICALS, TREADMILLS, PLUS MORE. $25 MONTH
Hours: M-F 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Evenings: Mon thru Thurs 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
