Alto al Crimen-Boquete: Please update your Resident ID information & some Resident ID registrations missing emails

The Alto al Crimen website is up and active.

 

If you obtained a Resident ID # prior to the website online registration - kindly go to the website (https://www.altoalcrimen.org/Resident_ID.php) and update your information.   Select UPDATE as the option.

 

If you registered for a Resident ID # online and have not received your ID #, and it has been more than three days, it may be that you did not include your email address.

 

Several people signed up for a Resident ID # via the website but did not include their email address.  Many wrote in that space but did not include their email.  We need an email for the database and to send you your ID.

Susan Farrell has been helping Rodny call those we still need an email address, but the process is slow.  Voice mail is usually not set up or people do not listen to their voice mail or they do not recognize Susan's phone number and do not answer.  

If it has been more than three days since you registered via the website and you have not received your Resident ID # please use the CONTACT US form on the website and provide your email to Rodny - just in case.  

FYI, when you look at the top of the page - in the URL space - on any page that has a form asking for information - you will see "https" - this means that the page and info / communication is secure and encrypted via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

If you really and truly do not have an email - then also send us a message via the CONTACT US form to clarify with Rodny and work out how you will get your ID #.  We prefer not to do anything verbally as this increases the chance for errors.
