I am happy to announce the arrival of Maria Elena Torres, Massage Therapist, returning from Argentina. Maria Elena was with me before and I'm pleased that she chose to return to Curvas Bonita's. Her specialties are:
Relaxation Massage: A smooth, gentle style massage designed to improve circulation, range of movement, relief of minor muscle pain, and promote overall relaxation.
Corporal Reductive Massage: Massage that reduces localized deposits of fat located in the abdomen, waist, hips, buttocks back, arms, thighs, and calves. Usually requires several sessions. Individual massages are $30/session. Special for March is 4 sessions for $100.
In addition, Maria Elena has offered to give a FREE massage to anyone who signs up and pays for 3 months of membership at the gym. This is during the month of MARCH.
Classes:
Body Sculpt: Thurs & Sat. 9 a.m. $2/class
A bit of dance, weights and mat work for the abs.
Yoga: Mon 4 p.m., Wed 8 a.m., Fri 8 a.m. $5/class
Increase strength & flexibility, improve balance, reduce stress, better breathing & circulation.
Pilates: Wed 4 p.m. $5/class
Strengthen your core muscles, work on your abs. Many health benefits.
GYM: 13 hydraulic weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills, bicycles, plus more. $25/month
Hours: M-F 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sat. 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
