[News Boquete] Woodwork, Rainbows, and Friends

Dear friends,
My seven years in Panama have been awesome.  I am proud to have been able to create furniture for you in such a beautiful place.  Its nature inspired me, your homes inspired me, and most of all, you inspired me - not only with your unique spaces and tastes, but with your personal stories and backgrounds.

Its time for us to move on and settle down near family, where our kids can thrive, and I can expand the business.
We´ll be moving to Atlanta, to create a studio which designs and manufactures high quality furniture and am exploring the possibility of creating Panama's first high quality furniture exports to North America, primarily in teak.
Throughout the years many of you have asked if I knew of anyone who could refinish furniture.  John Rios, my employee of 6 years, who started with no knowledge and is now a woodworker, will available for refinishing onsite in early April.  He is from Caldera, young, alert, and skilled.  I'll be sending out another email with his contact info in the next few weeks.

A big hug to all of you,
Marco Bogazzi
