OK so far so good.
However, I then went on to explain that once your name is on our list, you too will be able to take advantage of our Exclusive Discounts and Great Deals on our Spa Treatments offered only to people on our VIP client list.
So imagine my Surprise when people started calling me to tell me that they didn't know where to email me to write 'include me' because I had forgotten to include my email address!
But it gets worse!
