One of the best Jam Sessions during the Boquete Jazz & Blues Festival at Amigos earlier this month was a piece featuring the Randy Oxford Band from Seattle along with Andy Egert of Switzerland. Walking on from Phoenix was a visiting tourist named Jessie Demaree who played a mean clarinet. She and her boyfriend are part of a Klezmer street band back home. The place rocked.
