Hand Crafted Gourmet New York Style Bagels!!

This Bagel is Hand Crafted at every level to achieve the Old Fashion Bagel that Bagel lovers around the world have loved for centuries.  Not a crunchy crust with tasteless dough but a  Nice Golden Brown Chewy outer layer with a dense flavorful inner layer.  Yummy!!!!  Theses bagels freeze great and make amazing sandwiches.  Eggs, Bacon, Ham, Honey, Fresh Fruits, Breakfast Sausage, Smoked Salmon, Capers, Cream Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce, Sweet Jams, Peanut Butter,  Butter, Chicken Salad, Olive and Mushroom Tapenade, Goat Cheese, Smoked Cheddar, and Roasted Turkey are just a few examples of some of the more popular ways the bagel lovers dress their bagels.  We hope that you try some because we know you’re going to love them.

 

Authentic (Slightly) Spicy Mexican Chicken Enchiladas

Although Chicken Enchiladas are technically not a Mexican Dish, in Monterrey Mexico my Abuelita used to make the most delicious enchiladas.  The right amount of shredded chicken, sautéed garlic, onions, and jalapenos mixed with a touch of creamed cheddar cheese made the perfect filling for a corn tortilla topped with olives, jalapenos, Monterrey jack, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Finally the marriage of Delicious and Delightful come together by smothering a Tomatillo green Sauce with a touch of Serrano Pepper right over the top.  Mouth Watering!!!!.  We are so excited to bring this family recipe to you.

 

Spicy Panang Chicken

This Thai dish comes from a dear friend of mine who used to serve this amazing dish in Boquete.  His restaurant in Volcan has now been sold and Don has moved further South.  We have asked Don and Dalis to make this wonderful treat for Boquete once again.  Dalis’ Panang Chicken comes with Fresh Organic Basil, Peanuts, and Kafir Lime to garnish.  This Amazing dish is generally served over a bed of rice, potatoes, or noodles but don’t let that stop you from getting wild. 

 

3 Meat Lasagna

Not like any Lasagna you’ve ever had.  This Lasagna captures the essence of Italy as Joe makes his own herb infused sweet tomato sauce, homemade Ricotta Cheese, uses only the freshest mozzarella cheese, and combines ground sirloin,  homemade pork sausage and sweet tender veal to introduce you to an Italian treat that will leave you dreaming of Italy.

 

Strawberry and Almond Bread Pudding

Each bite will leave you asking for more.  This delicious custard based treat utilizes the very nature of strawberries and almonds to combine a rich and creamy experience that can only be described as ecstasy in your mouth.

 

 

Here is the Menu for Tuesday:

 

Bagels:  $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 (We Will Have Plain, Sesame Seed, Sea Salt, Blueberry, Cinnamon Raisin) You can Mix and Match if you like!!

 

Mexican Chicken Enchiladas:  $8.00 (Feeds 2)

Panang Chicken:  $5.50 each (1 extra large portion)

3 Meat Lasagna:  $8.00 (Serves 2 for Dinner)

Strawberry and Almond Bread Pudding:  $12 for a whole cake or $2.00 a slice

 

 

White Baguettes:  $3.00

Multi Grain Baguettes:  $4.00

Fresh Herb Infused Bread:  $4.00

 

Minestrone Soup:  $8.00

Shrimp and Corn Bisque (New Orleans Spicy):  $9.00

Cream of Broccoli Soup:  $7.00

 

And Finally our well Known Banana Walnut Bread and Zucchini Bread

 

Each Loaf is $5.00

 

For those of you interested in Mushroom Kits please let me know as this will probably be the last week I will be doing mushroom kits.  I am offering the Gourmet Pearl Oyster, the Phoenix Oyster, and the Pink Oyster Kits for now.  If you would like a kit please let me know.   They are $10 a kit and have complete instructions that come with them.
