This coming Sunday (Aug 4) we will have a huge flea market at Chiriqui Storage. In addition to the regular market space being packed with vendors there will be three additional tents featuring a few of the charity organizations in our area.
Buenos Vecinos de Boquete (food for the handicapped/poor) will have a venta de patio sale and hot barbecue sandwiches and drinks.
Amigos de Animales (spay/neuter clinic) will have puppies available for adoption.
Bid 4 Boquete will kick off it's 2014 fund drive with a huge plant sale featuring all kinds of plants from miniatures to citrus trees.
The famous hot dog stand will be run by Yasmin this month. She is selling Berard's all beer hot dogs with the trimmings for $1.
You never know what kind of treasures you will find at the market. And even if you go home empty handed you won't go home hungry.
