I am happy to announce that Bamboo Beauty Spa has the visit of a well known Naturopathic Doctor and massage Therapist from New Mexico.  He uses Iridology to diagnost illness.

 

What Iridologist does?

 

Iridologists look at the patterns, colors and other characteristics of the iris (the coloured part of the eye) to determine information about a patient's health. They will note markings and colors of the iris and compare these to charts which divide the iris into zones that correspond to specific organs in the body. Deviations from these charts are believed to indicate potential health issues.

Rather than a treatment, iridology is a way of detecting signs of developing illness or disease. An iridologist will let you know about your overall health as well as whether you are moving towards illness. An iridologist may diagnose an issue long before clinical symptoms appear.

It is this recognition of the potential for health issues at their earliest stage – before they become problems –- that is one of the main benefits of iridology. This allows you to take action early and make lifestyle changes to ensure you stay healthy. Prevention definitely is the best medicine.

Credencials

Dale Harapat has studied Naturopathy at Health School International and the Australian School of Natural Therapies. He is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.) and Licensed Massage Therapist (L.M.T.).

Over the past decade, Dr. Harapat has trained with Australian chiropractor and naturopath, Dr. Peter Derig; Scott Darling, D.C.; medical herbologist Carole Tashel; Dr. Roy Oliver; Dr. Joseph Kadans; body worker Roslyn Young; and natural healer, herbologist and reflexologist Cora Winkler. Dr. Harapat employs holistic natural therapies and methods which help encourage the body's own healing system to restore health and vitality.

Individual health consultations, including telephone consultations, are available by appointment. He offers treatment information and consultation in the folowing areas:

• Herbal Medicines
• Homeopathy
• Nutritional Counseling
• Iridology
• Reflexology
• Massage

 
 
Currently, Dr. Harapat owns Mariposa Herb Company and Natural Therapies

in Las Vegas, New Mexico.    He also has a private practice in Las Vegas,

as well as Logan, New Mexico. Mariposa makes its own natural remedios

like herbal teas, tinctures, salves, lotions, and encapsulated formulas.

He has taught classes in herbal medicine, wellness, natural therapies 

at local middle, and high schools, Luna Community College, and at

New Mexico Highlands University.   He has also done wellness courses

for large companies like Health Centers Incorporated, Molina Health Care,

and Public Service Company of New Mexico.  He is available for group

sessions, classes, and specific wellness courses.  

In the past he has worked in Australia, the Czech Republic, Mexico

and Brasil.
