The show starts at 5:30pm following the garden party at the Panamonte Inn and will run approx two hours with intermission. Tickets are $15.00 at Mailboxes etc. Advance ticket purchase is recommended. This ticket is NOT included in any of the festival packages.
Kicking off this early evening show will be the Rev Billy C. Wirtz. Billy is a satirist, piano maestro, music historian with more tunes in his head than the Smithsonian library.
His piano playing, story telling, old time southern gospel singing show is interspersed with quips and barbs on everything from politics to religion to the humor and madness of daily life, so be prepared to be enlightened, offended, enchanted, and entertained.
After an intermission, (the BCP bar will be open) things will calm down with world traveler, veteran pianist, composer and singer Jamie Lynn Fletcher backed by Boquetes Fantasy Jazz, for an hour of jazz standards as well as originals.
For the totally involved music fan the madness continues at Mikes Global Grill after the BCP show with Swiss bluesman Andy Egert backed by hot Boquete blues sidemen, Rhody Edwards, Mike McClaughry, and Gary Whiting. Admission to AllStar Jam at Mikes is $10.00 at the door
