Marxochime Colony Violin-Uke Ukulele Hawaii Music Instrument on left and Marx Piano Harp (also called a "Marxophone") on right. Both antique instruments were hand made in the 30's  by the Marxochime Colony of New Troy, Michigan, which was in business from about 1927 to 1972. One-of-a-kind pendant made by Valerie Logan owner of the Casa del Fuego Hot Glass Studio on Isla Carenero in Bocas del Toro. She uses the Murriana Hot Glass Cane Process revived by Venetian glass makers in the early 16th century.  The process first appeared in the Mideast more than 4,000 years ago.  The design is layered while molten into a desired pattern, then stretched into a rod that is then cooled slowly in a kiln.  The rod is then sliced into cross sections, with each slice possessing the same pattern.  This green wing macaw slice was polished and bezel set in fine sterling silver. The pendant is about the size of your thumb nail. Included is an 18" fine silver chain.

This is a very old, very large Chinese painting (19.5" wide x 59" high"). It is mounted on silk and we're told it's by one of the original Chinese masters. It has been stored out of direct light and the colors are vivid and vibrant. It is in good condition with no water damage. We believe it is very valuable but don't really know how to get it appraised.
