Eriberto Espinoza, chief of the internal affairs department for the National Police in both Chiriqui and Bocas del Toro Provinces

Caesar Sherrard, founder and current president of the Alto al Crimen (Crime Stoppers) organization in the district of Boquete

Rodny Moreno, our bi-lingual 911 emergency operator
