Found this dog yesterday afternoon in the middle of the Volcancito road, up past the santa lucia entrance, past the dip and hair-pin bend.
This was around 2:30pm, Sunday 23 august
He nearly got hit by two cars before we got him. Was just stood in the middle of the road, seemed not at all used to traffic.
I asked a woman waiting on the road nearby and she said he had walked up the road (boquete direction). Also went to a couple of the houses nearby, but could not find the owner.
He seems an older dog. (a few grey hairs). Eyes are slightly cloudy.
He has a green, metal, bell shaped color. This collar says the place he received a rabies vaccination, in 2015.
