Dear friends we need a foster urgently!!! A panamanian lady adopted this two cats two months ago and now, she wants to throw away them in the street or give the cats to the indigenous. We trusted in this lady because she went to talk with us and she told us that she would like to adopt two cats. A close friend of her talk to us and said she is mentally ill.
