We are often asked, "What do you Guys do?"  Well here it is.  We are a family run business that specializes in preparing freezer meals that are not your ordinary TV Dinners...  We use top shelf ingredients to make a high quality product that generally will feed 2 adults.  Our menu is ever changing so you'll never get tired of eating the same old boring dish!!  We have a huge selection of entree's, desserts, breads, snacks, and more..  Some stuff you'll love!!  Some stuff you'll find weird!!  Some stuff you might only ever order once!! Just like mama's cooking!!  Our goal is to be convenient, easy, affordable, and delicious.  For about $4 bucks, a person can enjoy meals that will shoot them right back to home.  Comfort food, soul food, Mexican, Thai, Italian, French, Chinese, and so much more.  We spend an incredible amount of time researching different cooking styles and experimenting with different recipes so that we can constantly bring to you a fresh, new, and innovative product.

We offer convenient pick up before the market, we offer pick up at the market, and we offer delivery service as well.

Our business has evolved and we are very excited to say that we are entering the 3 year mark of serving Boquete..,

BTW.  How do you get packages from the Us to Panama?  This week we had the pleasure of using a Local Courier service.  Have you heard of Servitechnics?  This is a Shipping company started not too long ago by Eliecer Vargas (Owner of Cafe & Cacao)  I needed some small things shipped in and after talking with him he gave me some very simple instructions to follow.  His company offers no membership, no monthly fee, and the price is a fixed rate based off the weight.  $4.75/pound.  I have to admit that after using other local companies I found his customer service to be extraordinary.  Eliecer seems to be readily available to answer phone calls and always gets back to me on email when I have a question.  I was able to track my own package and within 7 or so days it was in Boquete.  I spoke to Eliecer and asked about bigger items...  He explained to me that he could ship anything I wanted.  He told me that they ship by air and by sea.  By air takes a week by sea takes a month.  Prices are obviously lower by sea..  If you need anything from the states give Eliecer Vargas a call at 6671-2786.  Here's what he will tell you:

So this week I have been planning and preparing to receive my new Meat Grinder!!  I ordered 800 feet of sausage casings yesterday from Panama City and they arrived today.  So if everything goes according to plan we will anticipate a CRAZY CAJUN menu next week filled with Cajun Boudin, Gumbo, Potato Salad, Cajun Pistolettes, and other tasty goodies!!  I did not make it to David in time this week to get more pork so there will not be Biscuits and Gravy at the table this week.  I will have them back again on September 1st.  We will have an assortment of Bagels as well this week.  Let me know if you want to preorder any?  I will make Sesame, Onion, The Everything, Cinnamon Raisin, and Plain.  Please order in intervals of 4...

 

Also if you want home delivery this week you must let me know in your preorder.  Simply let me know, send me your phone number, and give me directions to your house.  If I delivered to your place last week there is no need for additional directions..  On Monday afternoon (between 2 and 5) I will be making deliveries.  I have a small sedan so If your road is really bad and tough on small cars I can meet you in town or at the base of your street where it turns from good to bad...  Just let me know.

Entrees

 

Cheesy Vegetable Medley $6.00:  This wonderful dish is perfect as an entrée or a side meal.  Filled with lightly blanched sweet carrots, cauliflower, and fresh broccoli this dish is tossed with a smoked gouda mornay cheese sauce.  Simple, heat and eat!!  Feeds 2 - 3 adults

(GF) Mexican Beef Enchiladas  $8.00:  A Winner every time this entrée is a plate full of wrapped corn tortillas filled with delicious Mexican style ground beef that has fresh herbs, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions and small potatoes cooked in it.  Mixed with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and topped with our very own signature Mexican Red Sauce.  Mild-Medium spicy.  Feeds 2 Adults

 

Chicken Cordon Bleu:  $9.00  A delicious dinner for 2 that has withstood the test of time.  We love making this dish because it not only is one of our most popular menu items but it is also supremely delicious.  Breaded and baked our chicken cordon bleu comes out juicy and tender every time.  Stuffed with gourmet Swiss Cheese and Smoked cutlets of ham you will wish you had ordered an extra.  Comes with steamed broccoli and carrots smothered in a smoked Gouda Morney sauce.

 

(LF) Almond Crusted Tilapia  $9.00:  This Low Fat fish dish is beautiful, light, and delicious. Pan fried in Olive oil this fish is crusted with ground almonds and parmesan cheese and is perfectly seasoned.... So yummy.  Served with olive oil roasted vegetables and fresh herbs (Cauliflower, Carrots, and Broccoli).  Feeds 2 adults

 

Angel Mushroom Chicken  $9.00: This delicious pasta dish has such a wonderful and mature taste that your senses will be

awakened.  Popping with flavor this dish uses white wine,  top shelf Anchor (New Zealand) cream cheese, fresh button mushrooms, and our home made Italian Dressing to slow cook chicken thighs till they are falling apart tender.  Served over a bed of Angel Hair Pasta this is a dinner for 2 adults. (This dish has condensed cream of mushroom soup in it which has a form of msg in it.) 

 

Asian Sweet, Sticky, & Spicy Chicken $9.00:  A real flavor blast.  We use the trifecta of ingredients for the sauce to coat these breaded chicken bites.  Sweet(Brown Sugar), Sticky (Honey), and Spicy (Srirachi hot sauce) says it all with this dish.  A wonderful assortment of stir fried veggies and grilled pineapple next to a bed of Jasmine Coconut Rice and Black Rice (Forbidden Rice).Now with more rice, more chicken, more broccoli, and more sauce!! This is a Spicy Dish. Feeds 2  

 

Italian Lasagna with fresh baked French bread  $9.00:   A great combination of sweet Italian sausage and ground beef this lasagna uses nothing but the freshest ingredients.  Ricotta, parsley, our very own house crafted lasagna sauce that is simply loaded with fresh veggies and bursting with flavor.  I have increased the amount of noodles and layers to hold up better when you serve it so that it stands on its own.  Comes with a pre-kneaded dough ball that bakes while the lasagna bakes to deliver a fresh piece of French bread with your meal.  Feeds 2

 

(GF)Chicken Basque $8.00:   Back by popular demand this Spanish chicken dish has been slow cooked in a tomato base with nice chunks of smoked ham and seasoned with paprika and a dash of chili (Not Spicy).  Fresh Herbs  are added to bring this dinner together.  Tender thigh meat is used because of it’s incredible flavor and its ability to reheat perfectly and stay moist.  This dish is best over cooked rice and feeds 2 adults.  (Rice not included)

 

Italian Chicken Tetrazzini  $11.00 :   We were asked to make Tetrazzini so we went all in.  Talk about top shelf.  We used loads of fresh button mushrooms, peas, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese, cream, slow grilled chicken breast that's so juicy and tender, and a linguine pasta.  All is tossed in  our very own white wine cream sauce and topped with a butter and bread crumb topping.  This Gourmet dinner is for 2 Adults

 

Chinese Beef and Broccoli  $8.00:  Enjoy this classic take out dish.  Wonderful and tender beef  pan fried in Extra Virgin olive oil, tossed with blanched  crisp broccoli and mixed with a tangy and spicy Chinese sauce.  Great over noodles or over white jasmine rice.  This dish will feed 2 adults. (Does not come with rice)

 

Thai Chicken Massaman Curry  $8.00:  Who wants Thai food?  This awesome dish is a delicious blend of authentic Thai flavors.  Considered a smooth and spicy curry, our massaman curry paste has a great blend of fresh galangal, kaffir lime, peppers, fish sauce, and many other ingredients that give it it’s amazing flavor.  Stir-fried in coconut oil and tossed with tender thigh meat.  This chicken curry is slow cooked with thinly sliced wedge onions and cubed potatoes.  After it’s all said and done the coconut milk adds a touch of sweetness to a mildly spicy Thai dish with tender chicken pieces and perfectly cooked potatoes.  This is Thai Food!!! (Rice Sold Separately) **There are no peanuts in this dish,  I have decided to add them separately in small bags**

 

 

 

Salad

Cobb Salad  $7:    In the mood for a crisp and refreshing salad to start the week?  This salad just takes the cake.  Chicken, tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese, eggs, onions.  A mix of 4 varieties of hydroponically grown lettuce and a house crafted original cob salad dressing…   This is a fresh salad and will be good for a couple days in the refrigerator.

 

 

 

 

Sides

Cooked Regular Rice  $1.00:  Each bag has pre-cooked rice ready for you to warm up and serve with your dinner.  Easy and no hassle

Cooked Jasmine Rice  $2.00:    Each bag has pre-cooked rice ready for you to warm up and serve with your dinner.  Easy and no hassle

Raw Jasmine Rice 1# $3.00:  Cook it yourself.  Very Easy.  Use 1 Cup of water to 1 cup of well rinsed jasmine rice.  Bring the water to a boil.  Add the jasmine rice.  stir.  Once it gets back to boiling turn the temperature down to the lowest setting and cover.  Put 13 minutes on the timer and when it's done your rice is ready!!... 

 

 

Breads

Banana Walnut    $5.00:   A great market Classic.  Sells out every time.  Moist and delicious full of perfectly ripe bananas and topped with walnuts.

Bagels $1.00 each:  Please order in quantities of 4.  These are the flavors Sesame Seed, Onion, Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, The Everything

 

 

 

Desserts/Treats

 

Chocolate Brownies  $1:  Treat yourself to a chocolate blast.  4 Types of chocolate and with walnuts this dessert is for the serious chocolate lover
