An Intimate Evening of Sumptious Food & Jazz:  Featuring the Softer Side of Edgar Vargas & Special Cameo Appearance by Vocalist Nicole Hart 

Dinner 5:00 till 7:00:  Concert 7:00 till closing
 

Especially for this Concert Event, options for both Vegetarians and Carnivores alike!

Organic Mixed Garden Salad ~ red & green oak lettuce, apples and walnuts: lightly tossed with our house vinaigrette.

Chicken Basquaise- A specialty from the South of France!  Baked chicken, onion & peppers infused in an herbed white wine sauce served with our sinful garlic mashed potatoes.

For the Vegetarian Palate: Eggplant Parmesan, blanched asparagus & fresh organic basil from our home garden.

French Profiterole ~ House made light pastry smothered with chocolate topped with ice cream.

Definitely not diet food, but both your ears and your tummy will be very happy.
