How to register to vote absentee for US elections

In corresponding with the American Citizen Services unit of the US Embassy in Panama recently, I learned that it is fairly easy to register to vote absentee in US federal elections. Forwarded below is their email indicating how to do this. Given upcoming elections of significant importance, I thought it would be good to put this in front of the US expatriates here in the Boquete area.

I did the online voter registration today and it took only about 5 minutes. I then FAXed it to the appropriate office, which is information provided to you when visiting that first web site shown above.
