www.BoqueteNing.com has become a bit of a local phenomenon. I created BoqueteNing in 2007 as an alternative to Boquete.org and it has taken off. BoqueteNing is being used for both local communication and to aid newcomers planning both visits and transition to the Boquete area. Part of Boquete Ning is a free community calendar and various user created groups. The calendar was added to allow businesses and others groups to post their events, free, so the community can see them in one place.
