Poor Ricardo's Almanac, Part 2

Reply-To: Tracy and Andy Hallen <athallen@yahoo.com>

"If you know how to spend less than you get, you have the Philosophers-Stone."
"Dost thou love Life? then do not squander Time; for that’s the Stuff Life is made of."

Two more quotes from good old Ben Franklin.  He reminds us to enjoy the time we have and to spend less doing it.  That's the idea behind the "ReAL Boquete" coupon book.

My last note highlighted my use of 4 coupons for a total savings of $19.25.

This past week, my wife and I enjoyed dinner with friends at the Oasis Resaurant.  The food and service were excellent and I used my 2 for 1 coupon to save another $12.

That brings my total coupon savings, to date, up to $31.25.   $1.25 more than I donated to acquire it.  And I still have 73 coupons left.

If you haven't acquired your coupon book yet, you can catch me at the Tuesday market or pick one up when you drop off your recyclables.

Saving the environment one coupon book at a time.

Andy
