New Classes, New Schedule at BodyMind Dojo

Guided Movement for Jan. 2012

1.  Overcome chronic muscular tension:  Feldenkrais-Alexander Class:


9:00 am to 9:55 am - Mondays

11:00 am to 11:55 - Tuesdays

10:00 am to 10:55 am - Feldenkrais-Alexander with Swiss Ball - Wednesdays

9:00 am to 9:55am - Thursdays

10:00am to 10:55am - Friday


Learn how to get rid of unnecessary tensions that cause you pain & wear your joints down.


2.  Tai Chi for Health: Strengthen bone, muscles & restore energy flow  


10:00 am to 10:45 am - Mondays, after Feldenkrais-Alexander class

10:00 am to 10:45am -  Thursdays, after Feldenkrais-Alexander class


Re-balance and strengthen bones and muscles while you restore your energy flow with Tai Chi exercise.


3.  Strengthening Core: Key to Independence and balance  


11:00 am to 11:55 am - Wednesdays - Floor routine concentrating on mid-section (psoas, pelvic bottom muscles and abdominals)

11:00 am to 11:55 am - Fridays - Core strengthening with Swiss Ball


Align and balance key muscles responsible for moving the spinal column, legs and arms, while releasing tension, freeing energy flow and facilitating ease of movement.


             Fees:

Blue Certificate:
Option a.:  $56.00 for 8 consecutive classes in 4 weeks.
Option b.:  $60.00 for 8 consecutive classes in 4 weeks including 2 weekly Tai Chi for  Health classes (8 total) during the same time period.

Green Certificate:
$70.00 for 8 classes taken at any time during the year.  (The difference between this option and the previous one is that blue certificates expire after 4 weeks from date of purchase, while green certificates do not expire).
                                    
To pay for one class at a time:  $10.00

Location:   

After Fresas Mary on the Volcancito Road make a left on next road, where Starfish Center used to be (bright colors building with large windows).  Drive in about 150 meters, after beige-white wall and the house painted red wine.  BodyMind Dojo is next, located in the bottom floor of the house with tin roof.


The Volcancito road is the first road to the left as you enter into Downtown Boquete, where the green building that houses the Government's Tourist office called Cefati is (on the right side of the road, just before you start going downhill to El Bajo.)
