YOGA: I now have three yoga classes a week. Trudy is back, so she will be doing one of them. The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday 8-9 a.m. Sarah
Wednesday 8-9 a.m. Trudy
Friday 8:30-10 a.m. Emiko
ZUMBA: For a fun workout, give zumba a try. Dance and Exercise to a Latino beat. Astrid will show you how to move your body.
Thursday & Saturday 9 a.m.
MASSAGES: Dayra can give you a choice of a relaxing, deep tissue or a foot/leg massage. Call for an appointment for Monday through Thursday.
GYM: 13 hydraulic machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, ab machines and more. Do circuit training, which is cardio and weights in one workout; or just do the weight machines. Do it with a friend, and socialize at the same time. The machines are gentle on the body. Not much chance of hurting yourself because you don't have to adjust the machines. They work as hard as you work them.
Hours of operation: Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 8 - 2 p.m. Evenings: Mon - Thurs 7:30 - 9 p.m.
