You're Invited...To the next gathering of Boquete Artworks...This coming Friday, April 19th, 10:30 am on the third floor of Boquete Library...
At our last gathering and as a part of our ongoing series exploring the Elements of Art, Mary Ellen Watts provided the presentation "Rythmn and Repetition". Along with the monthly presentations, each member or attendee has enjoyed participating in the creation of ATC's ( Artist Trading Cards). At the end of the meeting we exchange cards and enrich our private collection. The best part of this past month's meeting was the lively discussion of several artist's work. The complete participation of each artist attending provided very insightful and creative feedback to those artists wanting it.
This is the heart of what Artworks is about - Learning and Growing as Artists! Join us at our next gathering on April 19th at 10:30am (third floor of the library) for the presentation on Color & Value as Elements of Art. Please bring either any work you would want to share with us or ATC's based on either Color/Value or Rythmn/Repetition. It should prove to be an enjoyable, insightful and rewarding morning.
