Marion Torgany is caring for two dogs with paralyzed back legs. She would like someone to build wheeled harnesses for them so they can get around. When dogs like these have to drag themselves, they get abrasions and infections. So these carts are necessary to keep them healthy.
They must be light weight. Here is a picture of one.
