This is the next in a series of "Long Italian Lunch" events, with an ALL NEW MENU! You'll learn to make and cook authentic Italian cuisine from beginning to tasty eating. During lunch, watch professional chefs, Vasco and Flavia mix, knead, roll and design fresh knocchi, as well as 3 sauces, a special Italian Salad, Foccacia, Antipasti like you've never experienced, topped off with paired wine and luscious Tiramisu for dessert.
