I have been informed that the meeting to be held tomorrow, April 17 at 9am at the feria, regarding the proposed new administration for the distribution of water in Panama has been cancelled. The public relations corp. CORPORATE DIPLOMACY, stated that they will set a new date as "their schedule allows".   This is a ploy often used by those in power to create imbalance, discourage, and emotionally exhaust the populace.  Hopefully we will not allow this to occur.   I will keep you informed.
