[News Boquete] Rodny Report - Day One

From the World Headquarters of Rodny Direct in beautiful downtown Boquete

We are now 24 hours into operation of Rodny Direct. Here is the latest:

• Rodny will be at the Tuesday Market tomorrow if you would like to meet him. 

• We have added a FAQ page to the website with descriptions of all the fields in your personal profile. Please visit this page before you sign up so you can be prepared with all the information you need

• Most everyone has figured out how to log into the database and set up their profiles. Fabulous!

• Online customer service is working and questions are being answered

• Subscription payments are coming in at Mailboxes Etc. If you just dropped one off, we will deposit them and activate your account

• Signups are happening regularly - we have a bell here in the office that rings every time - bing, bing, bing

• Thanks to excellent suggestions from our great subscribers, we have added three new fields to the database today:

- Car license information, in case your car is stolen
- Union Fenosa NIS - in case you need to report an electrical outage and don't speak Spanish
- Gate Code - If you live in a community with an automatic gate, so emergency responders can get to you faster. 

If you filled out your profile yesterday, you might want to return and add this information.
