On Thursday, March 22 - 10:00am, Boquete Gourmet Host Chef, Mort Rabkin will present the first-ever,
"SCHNECKEN, CINNAMON ROLLS, AND MORE". Mort will share his secrets for making versatile sweet yeast dough,
and participants will be able to make and bake these delicious breads in Mort's new high-temperature oven.
This is a class to practice basic dough making skills, from measuring and kneading, then forming, rolling, baking and topping. You'll learn to vary your ingredients and shapes to create "artsy" buns, breads and rolls using one classic yeast recipe.
$30 fee includes hands-on class, recipe booklet, gourmet, fresh-market, fun-filled lunch with wine,
a pan of buns/rolls to take home, and more! This event will be held at Mort's home in Boquete, near the town center.
