We want to announce to the entire community that Finally THE LAW 308 (to protect animal and punish the owners who neglect and abuse their animals) was approved today by the Asamblea Nacional and now it is a Law of the Rapublic of Panama. Thanks very much to all of you who signed the proposal we cannot thank you enough. Now we will continue supporting this kind of initiatives to protect our fellow animals.
