The dollars taken in from the plant sales, the wine tasting, the auctions (live and silent), the patio sales of housewares and clothes, children's activities, food and drink sales, and rafffles total $98,327. We anticipate an additional approximate $2400 to be received from items that are currently in the auction Clearance Album or which have been sold but not paid.
These are gross figures and don't include any of our direct or indirect expenses. However, we anticipate having a nice bit of money to give to the charities and organizations we support. Grant applications need to be sent to us at Bid4boquete@gmail.com before the March 25 deadline.
