LGBT & Friends - Social and Networking Group
(Social and Networking Group for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Friends)
The group meets at Manzar & Terry's home, Casa de Montaña Bed & Breakfast, in Boquete, on 4th Sunday of each month from 2-4 PM. In addition to the monthly meetings, social outings to fun locations are scheduled from time to time! Here are some initial goals of the group but these goals will evolve over time.
· Provide a safe and accepting venue for social & networking for LGBT individuals as well as their family and friends
· Provide support, as needed, when issues related to LGBT status arise
· Develop, share and regularly update a list of LGBT-friendly businesses and service providers for the Chiriqui province
· To serve as a resource for LGBT visitors to the area as well as people contemplating a potential move to the Chiriqui province

Directions: Once you arrive in downtown Boquete from Alto Boquete, go through town to the far end. At La Pasada Restaurant take the main road going up the hill as it curves to the left. We are located exactly one kilometer up the street (6 houses past Café Ruiz) on the right hand side of the road. Parking is available in our private parking lot as well as the grassy area across the street.
