In case anyone ever asks why live in Boquete we always have the answer ready.
It’s all about the people. The community! All of You!
It is impossible to thank everyone enough for all the love and support you have given us.
We could not have spent the time and money to have Eric’s cancer surgery in the US if not for all of your assistance. The options here were even fewer especially without enough cash to make it happen.
The love and financial help, the emotional support, the help with information gathering, the advice, the donations, and the amazing benefit concert organized by our dear friend Joyce Small were all just overwhelming! Joyce we love you!
We have never lived in a more amazing community and we consider ourselves so fortunate to have all of you in our lives.
The result is that Eric is recovering quickly and getting stronger every day.
The Dr. pronounced him cancer free after his surgery was complete. It seems with help we were able to catch it before it spread!
Special thanks to all of our friends who helped organize and who worked the concert event and auction, and to all who donated items to the silent auction. Thanks to our scientist friends who prodded us to go and helped make it possible with their generosity. There are just too many people to list here but you are all in our hearts.
Gary, Edgar and Caesar you guys are wonderful and we thank you also for your help in warming the evening up with your musical talents.
Extra special thanks to the incredibly talented Randy Pigott who came out to organize the musical program and to entertain us.
We know that we took time out of your already super busy schedule and everyone who had the pleasure of attending the concert appreciated it; but none appreciated it more than we do.
There are no adequate words for our gratitude to all of you.
