Wandering Rusty (AKA Ted) - Lost Dog

He's a wanderer and we're trying to find a good "forever home" for him.  Last seen yesterday, he was wearing a blue collar.  He weighs about 30 pounds but is undernourished and quite thin. 

He's very sweet and affectionate, but is a little shy on first contact with strangers.
