[News Boquete] Call from Bid 4 Boquete for grant proposals

Bid 4 Boquete had a very successful 2014 event. After distributions to our major beneficiaries, Amigos de Animales de Boquete and Buenos Vecinos de Boquete, there will be money remaining for other charitable and civic organizations within the Boquete community. Decisions on the award of all funds will be made at an upcoming meeting of the Bid 4 Boquete Foundation Council.

Organizations that wish to apply for Bid 4 Boquete funds are asked to submit requests for funding by March 25 to Bid4Boquete@gmail.com

Each request should clearly and succinctly state the name of the organization, its mission, the number of its members, its annual budget, a statement of how the funding would be utilized if awarded, and how this would benefit the community and its residents. Tell us, too, how the organization and/or its volunteers aided the Bid 4 Boquete effort in 2014 and how it proposes to help next year.

Again, all proposals and requests for funding must be received by March 25, 2014.
