This morning the Police recovered the truck and dog at Loretta's former home in Doleaga. The dog, Skipper, was a foster dog who Loretta had adopted. Skipper is safe and back to our house for fostering and subsequent adoption. Loretta's whereabouts are still unknown. This does not appear to be a case of foul play. We would like to thank the local authorities for giving this case prompt and professional attention. The investigation continues.
