[News Boquete] Strengthen and stabilize your legs with effective 20 mins. routine

Would you like to maintain the strength and
stability of your legs in the years to come?

An effective 20 minutes solution is available to
you, here in Boquete,  that has proven its
effectiveness for thousands of years in China.

The slow process of learning how to leverage
bodyweight known as Tai Chi Chuan, has been
reported by numerous studies as being beneficial
to senior adults.

Tai Chi Chuan has come to be of interest to
scientists in psychology, medicine, and exercise
physics.

It has been proved that Tai Chi generates gentle
and measurable increases of the internal
circulation (breath, body heat, blood, lymph,
peristalsis, etc.).

The art of Tai Chi rests on four basic principles:
a.  Relaxation
b.  Rotation of the waist
c.  Keeping the spine erect
d.  Total body involvement

If you suspect (knowing family genetics) that you
have a very good chance of living well into your
80's or 90's.....or would like to..... would it
make sense to retain your independence and
mobility?

Because it is a gentle, low-impact exercise, Tai
Chi is generally suitable for people of any level
of physical conditioning.  In other words you do
not have to be in great physical form to start.

If you are interested this is what you have to do:

1.  Get a short 15 minute evaluation to determine
your overall level of fitness.  Call me at
6678-3297 or send me a chat message through
Whatsapp to set up an appointment.

2.  Fill out the form at the bottom of this
webpage and please indicate the days (Monday
through Saturday) and the hours when you could
join a class.  I like to keep the groups small (3
to 6 persons) to be able to fine tune the
technique to your needs as well as group
individuals who have similar levels of fitness.

Checkout the form you'll be learning:  Here→

Sincerely,

Gilberto Barria-Vallarino

P.S.:  You can learn more about the benefits of
Tai Chi at this link.

P.S.S.:  Please note this is not a traditional Tai
Chi Chuan Class.  I blend various bodymind methods
and integrate them to facilitate the process of
learning the short yang form.  In other words I
like to make it easy to learn.  You can check my
bio at this site.
