How to effectively manage change in your life.

Merl Will-Wallace is a relative newcomer to Boquete. Merl has a Masters degree in mental health counseling from the University of Colorado and is a registered counselor in Colorado. He has been both a professional coach and counselor for over 30 years and now focuses his work on change and transition management. Merl has written a book called Awakening in Change. He has also put together presentations for seniors on handling the changes associated with retirement. He looks to assist folks in finding meaning and fulfillment in their live.

The talk will cover:
  • Change is transformational and not something to fear.
  • There is a process for change that makes change meaningful and a positive event
  • There are tools you can use to work through the process of change
  • Retirement is a multi-facetted change that needs your attention and effort to be successful
  • Understanding change helps you to understand who you really are
