The Trisker Veggie and Spice Donation Drive

Las Manos para Trisker (Helping Hands of Trisker), a volunteer group at Casa Hogar Trisker in Alto Boquete, is continuing the food donations for the Trisker children's home.  The request is very specific as Trisker currently lacks the funds to buy spices and vegetables.  Specific items requested include: garlic, onions, carrots, cilantro, potatoes, chayote, bell peppers, and yuca.  Other common spices, vegetables, and fruits are welcomed as well.  

Because many of the items may be perishable, we want to be sure donations are not duplicated and, therefore, wasted.  In order to make this an organized donation drive, we ask all interested donors to please call or write Elizabeth Monterrosa, Las Manos para Trisker member, at 507.6579.9107 or helpinghandsoftrisker@gmail.com to set a date and time for your donation.  We anticipate that a weekly donation will meet Trisker's flavor-seeking needs!

Las Manos para Trisker (Helping Hands of Trisker) would like to thank Cecilia Allen, her husband Cyrus, and her mother Cora for their generous donation of veggies, spices, and fruit received by Trisker today!  We would also like to thank Jim Omer at Boquete Outdoor Adventures in Plaza Los Establos for the first veggie and spice donation received by Trisker last Friday!
