I have an aerobics instructor who would love to give classes at my gym. Please let me know if you are interested.
For the rest of March, we will have an additional yoga class on Mondays at 8 a.m. for beginners.
Schedule: Yoga: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri at 8 a.m.
Pilates: Mon. & Thurs. at 4 p.m. Great for beginners. My instructor will be leaving the beginning of May, so the classes will be ending shortly.
Massages: $30, Facials $25. Come and try one, you'll love it.
The Gym: 13 hydraulic machines, for a total body workout with no stress. Also bicycles, treadmills, elliptical machines and more. $25/month. Hours 7a.m. - 6 p.m. Come for a free workout and see if it's for you.
