I am a Civil Engineer from California with 10 years experience in construction management, inspection, and materials testing in both the U.S. and Panama including 4 years in Boquete as a Construction Consultant­/Project Manager in high end residential and commercial construction.  I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have 7 years living and working in Panama.   If you have construction supervision or consulting needs, please call.
