Greetings Pon's Thai Food Fans First off, we would like to wish Pon and Bob the very best and say thank you to both of them for bringing us such wonderful Thai food to Boquete. Many of you have expressed how much they will be missed and we agree. We do have some good news for you. Pon and Bob have so kindly entrusted us to continue to bring you all of the wonderful Thai dishes you love so much and it is our pleasure to do this for you, so your dishes will be available every Tuesday Market at the Mariposa booth. For easy access we will remain in Pon and Bob's location within the Market. Pon has given us her recipes and we guarantee we will not change a thing. If you would like to receive emails from us for pre-order of what's on the menu that week please send us an email at boquetethai@gmail.com The first week we will only have: Spring rolls, "Sushi roll", Tom Ka Gai and Panang Gai #10  PANANG GAI A spicy yellow curry dish with tender bamboo and chicken breast. Served with white rice.  16 oz. container for $ #7  "SUSHI" California roll style, with sticky rice & sesame seeds.  Wrapped in Nori.  Wasabi, soy and pickled ginger on the side.  Mix of veggie & smoked salmon/cream cheese.  10 pieces for $5 #15  TOM KA GAI Chunks of fresh chicken breast in coconut milk, mushrooms and lemon grass.  Medium spice level.  16 oz. for $5 #6  THAI SPRING ROLLS Mix of Veggie, Ham, Shrimp.  Rice noodles, basil, & mild seasoning  in a rice paper wrap.  Served with homemade peanut sauce.  6 for $5   If you need anything call David or Sharon  6619-8471, 6612-7284
