MORNING (7:00 pick-up at Los Establos)
· Breakfast at JUNGLA with a cappuccino or tropical fruit smoothie
· Private tour of the on-site animal rescue & rehabilitation program
· Interact with the monkeys & birds!
· Enjoy the scenic shuttle up the mountain to Volcano Baru. If you are not hiking to the top, no problem! Hang in our hammocks & enjoy being pampered with a facial of avocado, cucumber, honey, chocolate cream & other organic treatments.
AFTERNOON
· Hiking & bird watching with an experienced guide
· Nesting grounds of the Quetzal
· Homes to exotic orchids, butterflies & monkeys
· Breathtaking flora – many of which are used for medicinal purposes, including cancer treatment
· See the headwaters of the mighty Caldera river
· Relax by natural swimming holes.
· For those continuing their hike to the top, snacks & refreshments will be provided.
· At the end of your hike, enjoy a full-body massage or hand & foot massage.
DAY'S END· Relax & enjoy refreshing natural fruit drinks with watermelon, cashew, sugar cane, & more!
· Finish your day with trout fishing & dinner by the river!
