He is the General Manager and Executive Director of COACECSS, R.L., the credit union of the employees of the Panama Social Security system, including the Social Security hospitals. by the Electoral Tribunal. It is a unique document of personal
identification required for trade shows, civilians and police in
the Republic of Panama. This issue will be totally covered in
her presentation.
She will also address foreigners rights in Panama...what to do
in different situations and cases and will answer all questions
regarding these subjects after the presentation.
