Art Cafe Presents The Edgar Vargas Band Featuring Award Winning Vocalist Nicole Hart
You are invited to share an intimate evening of fine dining, superb music, and dancing at the Art Café Restaurant. 

When: Saturday night, January 17th  
Time: Dinner served from 5:00pm to 7:00pm; Concert from 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
Where: Art Café Restaurant, located on calle principal, 100 meters north of the large, white Catholic Church (see yellow "Art Cafe" sign on right side of street) Plentiful, free parking available directly across the street at ATV Adventures, or free on street parking - no problem!!

MENU: Starter: Tossed garden blend of three organic lettuces, ripened tomatoes, blanched broccoli and carrots, with walnuts and crumbled hard boiled egg, served with our famous, homemade vinaigrette. 

Main Course:
For the hearty meat lovers, our renowned Filet Mignon perfectly prepared to your preference and served with a light crimini mushroom sauce, garlic buttered mashed potatoes and delicious zucchini, broccoli and carrots.

Alternative Main Course:
For the vegetarian lovers, baked eggplant parmesan served with French lentil stew - a mirepoix of chopped celery, carrots, onions and potatoes seasoned with thyme, fenugreek and bay leaves, and garlic buttered mashed potatoes. Your choice of soup: vegan carrot ginger or vegetarian medley.

Dessert for either entree: French profiterole - a delicate pastry topped with vanilla ice cream and bathed with chocolate.

Price: $30.00 for dinner and concert! Reservations only - please specify which course you prefer. Limited to 40 guests. Call quickly - tickets selling fast!
