YOGA:  Morning Flow Yoga, gentle movements to open up your body, relax your mind and get ready for the day.  Monday & Thursday 7:30 a.m.  $4/class

AEROBICS/BODY TUNING:  Energetic class, using music to work out, using weights and also doing mat work. Lots of fun and lots of work. Mon, Wed, & Fri. at 9 a.m. $4/class 

ZUMBA:  Skip the workout, join the party.  Dance to all those wonderful songs.  Have a fun workout.  This instructor moves!!  Thurs & Sat  9 a.m.  $4/class

MASSAGE:  Swedish:  The therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various massage strokes.  These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots". Promotes relaxation among other health benefits.

Lymphatic drainage massage:  The purpose of lymph drainage massage is to mechanically move fluid through the body's tissues, removing waste materials and infectious microorganisms, and pushing that fluid through lymph nodes which clean lymph fluid and return it to the vascular system.  Your lymphatic system is your primary defense against bacteria, viruses and fungus.  It is very useful for people with circulation problems and also very supportive for people on a diet. Call for an appointment  $30/hour

GYM:  13 HYDRAULIC WEIGHT MACHINES, BICYCLES, ELLIPTICALS, TREADMILLS, PLUS MORE  $25/MONTH.

HOURS:  M-F   7a.m. - 6 p.m., Sat  8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
