The 2015 Jazz and Blues Festival date is fast approaching - Feb 4 - Feb 8.
I have been blessed with wonderful volunteers for the Green Room, and some equally wonderful people who are going to cook some dishes to help feed the artists. I do still need some extra dishes, and desserts if anyone out there would be willing to help me. A large potato salad would be excellent, a vegetarian chilli or bean dish would be most welcome, and I need something yummy that is gluten free for one of the artists.
So far, surprisingly, no-one has offered to make brownies, or apple cake, or cupcakes, all of which have been well received by our visitors in the past, and I know they are specialties of our generous community. Something equally mouthwatering would be perfect, if you have another idea.
